Reina Lupa is the fruit of many years of experience in hospitality throughout the life of José Balbóa Ayán, current Chef and Manager.
After a lifetime in the hotel industry, in O Padriño (Bastavales), he puts all his good work in both areas at the disposal of the business and the new environment, accompanied by his trusted people and new staff.
